Hey y'all! Firstly, thanks for stopping by & giving me the time of day. I hope that my bio isn't going to be the deciding factor in what allows you to choose me to serve your photography needs, but if it is hopefully I won't scare you away with my awkwardness and sarcasm. I grew up in Florida, where attending the beaches was a daily regular, quite different from my now experiencing the glorious wind and cold that Kansas brings. My educational background is actually not in photography, but rather Criminology where I graduated from Florida State University (GO NOLES). For several years I worked as an investigator with Child Protective Services as well as a research assistant at the Institute of Family Violence. Photography has always been something I was interested in and it was after having my daughter, that I began professionally taking photos & eventually for others. I have loved capturing timeless memories and my style is primarily candid with doing some posed shots. I appreciate the memory making that is behind candid shots and enjoy going out into the beautiful outdoors with clients and just snapping away at the laughs, smiles, and interactions with the people they love!

Although I am passionate about photography, my real purpose in life will always be in helping children within the child welfare system. My husband & I are proud foster parents serving the children of Kansas and I am grateful that this God given gift has allowed me to monetize my passion and utilize it to serve others. When you book with me you are helping support children in the Kansas foster-care system as well as medical assistance to a beautiful little girl in Tanzania. If you ever have any questions regarding how you can get involved in fostering, please do not hesitate to reach out!
I hope that you enjoy the rest of my site, grab a cuppa coffee & take a look around. If you like what you see feel free to send me a message for my availability- if you don't like what you see, well thanks for stopping by!
